On February 18, 2015, ATA collaborated with the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation (AAWDC) and other local companies on the first CyberWorks Candidate Convention conducted at the Chesapeake Innovation Center in Odenton, MD.
ATA and other industry related companies intereviewed and offered employment opportunities to twenty-three candidates who were just completing their Cyber Security degrees, obtaining their cyber security certifications, and were seeking an opportunity to get their foot in the door with one of the AAWDC partners.
ATA was represented by CEO & President, Roger Colón, and Michael Holmes, an ATA employee and cyber security professional. Mr. Colón thought it was a very successful event, and is in the process of putting together an offer letter for one or two of the candidates.
